Their story.............

These are the pictures sent to us from Alabama. A independent rescuer in ALabama was told of a "backyard" breeder of teacup poodles that had neglected dogs on her property. The rescuer made contact with her and convinced her to give up the 7 poodles she had in her back yard. Four were adult females, one an adult male, and two 6month old puppies. The dogs were kept in her backyard and were a mess. The adult dogs were very matted and were shaved. Surprisingly, all the poodles were friendly and enjoyed attention. The 7 poodles stayed with the rescuer for a couple weeks while they were taken for vetting. Once they had their health certificates, arrangements were made to transport them to Wisconsin. Since arriving both puppies and one adult poodle have been adopted. These three poodles are staying with foster mom Sue and her own poodle. Another poodle Gemma is staying with foster mom Tracie and her pack.
